Agile Java Developer (Contract) - (£350 per day)
Our clients, a leading name in their field, are urgently looking for an additional developer to assist their team in delivering a variety of mission-critical applications. Working in a Java/J2EE environment, the ideal candidate should be experienced with applying agile methods like Extreme Programming or Scrum.
In addition to several years' commercial experience of Java, the successful candidate should also have a strong academic record.
Agile .NET Developer (Contract) - (£320-£400 per day)

Working primarily with C#, candidates should ideally have working in a test-driven environment utilising NUnit in the past. Leading professional services company requires an experienced Service Manager to lead the business regarding Processes and Procedures. You will take ownership of the service provided by their systems, and as such must have extensive experience within Service Delivery, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management and Service Level Management. You will be required to have a minimum of 4 years Service Management experience, detailed knowledge of ITIL/service delivery terms, experience of supporting successfully delivered service improvement initiatives/systems integrations and service management. You must have competence in interpreting and executing sets of moderately complex test script using agreed methods and standards. Web applications/portal testing experience are desirable. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of testing procedures, as well as a competency with Test Director are a must. This is a manual test team so it won't be right for anyone looking to use solely automated testing. ISEB foundation level is desirable but not essential. You must have detailed experience of matrix management of project resources.
